Distro California takes a photograph of every order before they are shipped. Therefore, if you receive the incorrect product(s) or the flower is in bad condition, Distro California will offer a replacement at their sole discretion and will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. In the event that Distro California confirms that an error has occurred, they will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.
